Roger Dearden

OT 177 - East

We were informed on 17th May 2024 by his wife Sally, that long term OSOBS member Roger Dearden OT177 of East House had passed away  on May 7th whilst they were on holiday. 

He was an apprentice and worked at  Vickers Armstrong Weybridge on the  shop floor, wind tunnels, drawing office in the aircraft servicing school.
He then was with a family company -  B E DEARDEN & Co Ltd
He also served in the Civil Service at R.A.E Farnborough and did National.Service in the R.E.M.E in the Radio School Arborfield
His hobby was restoring classic cars.
