The Sixth School Old Boys group has now been running for a great many years however it once had a less printable name which was changed in more recent years.
Originally it was a chance for Dodds era boys to meet and drink/eat and chat about the old days but sadly the interest appears to have dropped away over the years, Maybe it's the wrong time of year; or in the wrong place! We are loath to change it too much as the faithful few that do attend may not be able to otherwise.
As it is now, the 6th School event is open to any Old Boy who would like to come, not just the younger ones!
We meet at the Golden Lion, Dean Street, in Soho, (nearest Tube Leicester Square), from 12 noon onwards; then later we leave around 2 or 2 30, to go to the Bistro 1 which is just around the corner, for something to eat. (The Golden Lion is festooned with TV screens and we can't hear ourselves chat!)
We would be very pleased to welcome any Old Boys from the school to join us - especially the younger ones from the Dodds era. The more the merrier.
The group is organised by Dennis Pocock who can be contacted by clicking here.
