Ottershaw Old Boy Robin Lowe  recalled John's contribution to the old OSOBS website being entitled  "the bitter end" and it occurred to him then that John may have died.

In deaths recorded in Bristol and there is a registration with the following details:
John Hedley WILBY, DoB 9.7.1949 (Fulham), described as a computer operator died on 7th Dec 2005 in Bristol (Fishponds area). He is described as being the widower of Margaret Wilby, teacher.
