School scarf

It seems not to be widely known that in the mid 1960's the school introduced a sixth form scarf which could be purchased by those who wanted one so I am attaching a shot of the one that I still have. It was not as long as a typical University scarf but was intended I suppose to give a vague sense that one might be moving toward that exulted status. I have taken it to the reunion once or twice though nobody there had ever seen one or were aware that such an element of the uniform had ever existed.
